In 2021, at all our projects in Saint Petersburg, we’ve been collecting data on morbidity among the homeless patients, who sought our medical and social assistance, by interviewing them and studying the discharge summaries from hospitals and outpatient clinics. We managed to interview 927 people.
The statistics provide us some insights into what kind of medical and social assistance the homeless need, and how best to structure the work of Charity hospital’s projects in order to provide effective health care for our patients.
