Charity hospital received a grant “Inner Circle” from the Timchenko Foundation for the development of the Mobile Clinic and for helping elderly and homeless people in Saint-Petersburg.
Thanks to this grant, medics and volunteers of the Mobile Clinic will have additional training on the basics of anti-age medicine, geriatrics, clinical psychology in geriatrics, and the basics of long-term care. New knowledge will help us in our work with the elderly people who are seeking help in the Charity Hospital.
Thanks to the grant, we also bought folding chairs, so our impaired patients could take a sit while waiting for their turn to see a doctor. We also bought a good-quality hair clipper and a barber cape, so our patients could get a free haircut when coming to a medical consultation.
